Aqua Rich USA reverse osmosis parts and faucet trims come with a standard warranty. For the following period(s) when used by the original owner, Aqua Rich USA parts are warranted against any defects in material or workmanship. This product warranty may be extended if terms and conditions are met (see below).
Standard Warranty Duration:
Ball Valve - 6 months
RO Filter Housing Assembly - 1 Year
Purified Water Faucet - 1 Year
Metal Bladder Tank - 3 Years

Extended Warranty Duration:
Ball Valve - 1 Year
RO Filter Housing Assembly - 3 Years
Purified Water Faucet - 3 Years
Metal Bladder Tank - 5 Years

With proof of purchase, a defective part will be replaced free of charge. If a replacement part is unavailable, the product will be replaced with one of equal value. This warranty does not apply to a product that is damaged or altered through misuse, abuse, accident, neglect modification or mishandling.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Extended warranty is conditional on return of warranty registration card. If warranty registration card is not completed and returned standard limited warranty will apply.
- Aqua Rich USA kits and trims must be used and maintained within specifications. This warranty will not apply in the event of conditions demonstrating abnormal use or stress.
WARRANTY ACTIVATION / SERVICE CLAIMS
- To activate warranty complete and return warranty activation card provided in packaging within 10 days of receipt of product.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
For warranty returns, the original direct purchaser should contact Aqua Rich USA customer service by calling 1-877-862-7049 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM eastern standard time (USA). Aqua Rich USA may elect to inspect the product through pictures, send parts, or issue an RA number so that the product may be returned to the factory for testing or repair. All decisions on warranty fulfillment are at the sole discretion of Aqua Rich USA (no labor or time allowances).
